Delivery is a flat $50 anywhere we serve, with $25 more for addresses past 25 miles. Orders are priced per night between your delivery and collection dates, we deliver on the first and collect on the last with a time window confirmed for each, and paying when you book holds your date. Optional setup & teardown is priced by the size of your order: $35 on orders up to $75, $50 up to $150, and $75 above that.
Where we deliver in Weston
We deliver anywhere in Weston and the surrounding Collin County countryside. We are just up the road, so Weston is one of the closest towns we serve — and it is the same flat $50 delivery as everywhere else, with the same day-before delivery and day-after pickup.
Most Weston events we deliver to are on private property: a backyard, a barn, a shop, or an open field on a family place. That suits how we work. We bring everything stacked and ready in one spot of your choosing, and we can set it up for you from $35 if you would rather not carry tables across a paddock. If the ground is soft after rain, tell us where you want the drop and we will work to it.
Weston rental FAQs
Do you really deliver to Weston without a surcharge?
Yes. Weston is inside our standard service area: flat $50 delivery, and no rural surcharge. The $25 extended-area charge applies past 25 miles from us; Weston is comfortably inside that. Being a small town this far north usually means paying a trip charge — not with us.
Is there a minimum order in Weston?
No minimum order. One table and four chairs is a perfectly normal order and we are glad to bring it.
Can you deliver to a property with a long drive or a gate?
Yes. Tell us the gate code or where to pull in when you order, and we will call or text before we set out. We unload where you want it rather than at the kerb.
How does payment work?
Paying for your rental reserves your items and confirms the booking once it clears. There is nothing to pay on delivery day; Your card stays on file for incidental charges only — items returned damaged, or not returned at all.
Book in about two minutes
Pick your date, choose a package or build your own, and pay for your rental to lock it in — nothing more to pay on the day. Prefer to talk it through? Call or text (469) 343-4018 and we'll size your order to your headcount for free, or email [email protected] for a one-page rate sheet.
