Delivery is a flat $50 anywhere we serve, with $25 more for addresses past 25 miles. Orders are priced per night between your delivery and collection dates, we deliver on the first and collect on the last with a time window confirmed for each, and paying when you book holds your date. Optional setup & teardown is priced by the size of your order: $35 on orders up to $75, $50 up to $150, and $75 above that.
Where we deliver in Van Alstyne
We deliver throughout Van Alstyne, on both sides of US 75. Van Alstyne sits in Grayson County rather than Collin, which is exactly the sort of line that makes other rental companies quote a trip fee or decline the job. It makes no difference to us: we're in Celina, about twenty miles and half an hour down the road, and Van Alstyne is the same flat $50 delivery as every other town we serve.
We bring everything stacked and ready in one spot of your choosing, and we can set it up for you from $35 if you would rather not do the carrying. Delivery is on the first date you pick and collection on the last, with a time window confirmed for each — book a Friday delivery and a Saturday party is not a Saturday morning scramble.
Van Alstyne rental FAQs
Do you deliver to Van Alstyne even though it's in Grayson County?
Yes. Van Alstyne is inside our standard service area at the same flat $50 delivery. No extended-area charge — that one starts past 25 miles and Van Alstyne is inside it — no county surcharge, no different terms.
Is there a minimum order in Van Alstyne?
No minimum order. If you need one table and six chairs, that is an order we will happily deliver.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Availability is shown live on the site for the exact dates you pick, so the honest answer is whatever the calendar says — but weekends in spring and autumn go first, and we hold nothing until it is paid for.
How does payment work?
Paying for your rental reserves your items and confirms the booking once it clears. There is nothing to pay on delivery day; Your card stays on file for incidental charges only — items returned damaged, or not returned at all.
Book in about two minutes
Pick your date, choose a package or build your own, and pay for your rental to lock it in — nothing more to pay on the day. Prefer to talk it through? Call or text (469) 343-4018 and we'll size your order to your headcount for free, or email [email protected] for a one-page rate sheet.
