How do I place an order?

Browse our Rental Catalog, choose your event date, and add the items or a package to your cart. You will only see what is actually available for your date, so there is no risk of double-booking. Reserve with a 25% deposit paid securely online. You can also call or text us at (469) 343-4018 and we will set it up for you.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least a few days ahead, and earlier for weekends and holidays when tables and chairs go fast. We ask for orders at least 24 hours in advance so we can plan delivery. Need something last-minute? Call or text (469) 343-4018 and we will do our best.

What is your rental period?

Rates are based on a one-day rental. For weekend events, we typically deliver on Friday and pick up on Sunday, all for the single-day rate. For weekday events, we deliver the day before and pick up the day after. Rentals can be extended up to 3 days. Just ask.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. We deliver, drop off, and pick up throughout Collin County, and delivery is free on orders of $120 or more. If you would like us to set up the tables and chairs and take them down afterward, add setup and teardown at checkout for a small fee. Prefer to handle it yourself? We will place everything where you want it and you take it from there.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. A 25% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due on delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?

Plans change, and we get it. Contact us as early as you can. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before your event date. Within 7 days of the event, deposits are non-refundable because we have already reserved your items and turned away other bookings.

What if an item is damaged or lost?

Normal wear is expected and never a problem. Items returned damaged beyond normal use, or not returned at all, are charged at the replacement cost. Please let us know right away if something happens during your event so we can help.

Do you rent to my area?

We serve Celina, Prosper, McKinney, Frisco, and Plano. If you are just outside these cities, reach out. We may still be able to help.
