How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, choose your event date, and add items or a package to your cart. Availability is checked by date to prevent double-booking. A 25% deposit secures your reservation online, or place a phone/text order at (469) 343-4018.
How much does it cost to rent tables and chairs?
6ft banquet tables are $9/day, white resin folding chairs $3/day, kids’ resin chairs $3.50/day, and table linens $5/day. Pre-built packages start at $59. Every price is published on this site — no quote form and no waiting on a callback.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There is no minimum order. One table and eight chairs is a real order and we will deliver it. Many rental companies in this area set a $150–$175 floor; we do not.
How far in advance should I book?
A few days ahead is recommended; earlier for weekends and holidays. At least 24 hours' notice is needed for delivery planning. Last-minute requests are welcome by contact.
What is your rental period?
Rates are one-day. Weekend events typically run Friday delivery / Sunday pickup at the single-day rate. Weekday orders: delivery the day prior, pickup after the event or the next day, whichever you prefer. Extensions up to 3 days on request.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Flat $25 delivery across our service area, automatically free on orders over $250. Addresses more than 25 miles from us add $25 for the extra road time; all ten towns we serve are inside that radius. Setup/teardown is a $25 optional add-on; self-arranging is also fine.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via secure online checkout. A 25% deposit is due up front; the balance is charged to that same card on delivery day, once your order has been dropped off.
Cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the event date; non-refundable after (inventory is reserved for you).
Damaged or lost items?
Normal wear is expected and fine. Beyond-normal damage or unreturned items are charged at replacement cost. Prompt notice is appreciated.
Do you have kids-size tables and chairs?
Yes. We rent kids’ 24x48 folding tables and kids’ resin folding chairs, plus 4ft kids’ table linens in black or white. They are a common add-on for birthday parties where adults and children need separate seating.
Do you rent tablecloths and linens?
Yes. Table linens are $5/day in black or white, sized for both 6ft adult tables and 4ft kids’ tables. They arrive laundered and pressed.
Do you rent to my area?
Celina, Prosper, McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Anna, Melissa, Weston, and Van Alstyne. Flat $25 delivery across the entire service area, automatically free on orders over $250 — and every one of those towns is inside the 25-mile radius, so the $25 extended-area charge does not apply to them. Further out? Ask — we can often still make it work.
