B&Z Party Rentals is operated by B&Z Logistics, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a family-run table and chair rental business serving Collin County, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through bzpartyrentals.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you place an order, request a quote, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the details of your event and order.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded; no card details are kept on our systems.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical information through cookies and similar technologies: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads for this.
How we use your information
- To take, confirm, schedule, deliver, and collect your rental order
- To contact you about your booking by email, phone, or text
- To take payment and issue refunds
- To answer questions you send us
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes
- To understand how our site is used and to measure our advertising
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — sending order confirmations and other transactional email
- Google (Analytics and Ads) — website analytics and advertising measurement
- Railway — hosting for our website and database
Each of these receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to make the site work, to remember what is in your cart, and to measure site traffic and advertising performance. Google Analytics and Google Ads may set cookies that help us understand which ads lead to bookings.

How long we keep information
We keep order and customer records for as long as needed to run the business and to meet tax and accounting requirements — generally seven years. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings.
How we protect information
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored by us. Access to our order records is limited to the business owner.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.
Texas residents: Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to obtain a copy of it, to correct inaccuracies, and to request deletion. To make a request, email [email protected]. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising profiling beyond the standard advertising measurement described above.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number when booking, we may text you about your order — delivery windows, confirmations, and questions. These are transactional messages about a booking you placed, not marketing. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
