Pricing is per day — a single 24-hour window. Delivery is a flat $25 to the towns we serve and becomes free automatically once your order reaches $250; addresses more than 25 miles from us add $25. Optional setup and teardown is $25.
What if I need them for more than one day?
Prices are per day. A Saturday party is normally one day: we deliver Friday evening or Saturday morning and collect Sunday morning, and you are charged for the one day you are using them. Keeping the items across two events — a Friday rehearsal dinner and a Saturday reception, say — is two days, and the item prices double. Delivery is charged once however long you keep them.

How many tables and chairs do you need?
Eight adults to a six-foot banquet table is how we build every package on this page, and it is the number most people land on: 8 chairs a table leaves room for plates, glasses and elbows. Squeeze ten around one and somebody is eating with their arms pinned.
- Sit-down meal: count your guests, divide by eight, round up. Twenty guests is three tables and twenty chairs — not twenty-four, because you only need a chair per person.
- Standing reception: tables for food and drink rather than seating, and chairs for roughly half the guests. People circulate; the chairs are for the ones who would rather not.
- Children’s party: the kids’ tables seat five little ones each, so three of them take fifteen children. Most people add a couple of adult tables for the parents.
- Linens: sized to the table they cover — the six-foot linens fit a 30×72 banquet table and the kids’ linens a 48×24. One per table.
We carry 50 adult chairs and 6 six-foot banquet tables. That is what we own; the date picker at the top of this page shows what is actually free on your dates, which is the number that matters when a weekend is busy.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Collin County and the surrounding North Texas communities. Delivery is the same flat $25 to every one of the towns below, free at $250. They are all inside the 25-mile radius, so the $25 extended-area charge does not apply to them — it is for addresses further out, and free delivery stays free whatever the distance.
We deliver the day before your event and pick up after your event or the next day, whichever you prefer, at no extra charge. We text to confirm timing beforehand.

What does delivery cost?
A flat $25 anywhere we serve, and it becomes free automatically once your order reaches $250. Addresses more than 25 miles from us add $25 for the extra road time — and free delivery is still free, however far out you are. There is no per-mile pricing beyond that.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single table if that is all you need. The flat delivery fee is the only thing that changes with order size.
How does the 25% deposit work?
A 25% deposit reserves your items, and the booking is confirmed once it clears. The balance is charged to that same card automatically on delivery day, once your order has been dropped off — call or email us beforehand if you would rather pay another way. Your items are held for you from the moment the deposit is paid.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We deliver the day before your event and collect after your event or the next day, whichever suits you. Neither costs extra, so the rental quietly covers the whole weekend.
Do you set up the tables and chairs?
We can. Setup and teardown is an optional $25 you can tick at checkout. Without it we deliver everything stacked and ready in one place.
What happens if it rains?
The tables and chairs are outdoor-suitable, but they do need to be shielded from the weather while they are with you. Cancellations for weather inside the final week are non-refundable, so if the forecast looks uncertain it is worth talking to us early.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations more than seven days before your event are refundable. Inside seven days the deposit is forfeited. To change dates or items, reply to your confirmation email or call us and we will adjust the order.

- Add the items you need. Quantities are capped at what is actually available for your dates.
- At checkout, enter your name, email, phone and delivery address, and choose a morning, afternoon or evening delivery window.
- Pay the 25% deposit by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- You get a confirmation email straight away with an itemised receipt attached, and we text to confirm delivery timing before the day.
