1. Reservations & Deposit
A 25% deposit reserves your items; the booking is official once the deposit clears. The balance is charged to the card used for the deposit on delivery day, once your order has been dropped off, unless you tell us beforehand that you would rather pay another way.
2. Rental Period
Pricing is per single day (24-hour window). Extensions are negotiable. Charges apply regardless of actual use.
3. Payment
All major cards accepted via secure checkout. A 25% deposit is taken when you book; the balance is charged automatically to that same card on delivery day, once your order has been dropped off. Call or email us beforehand if you would rather pay another way.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Celina, Prosper, McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Allen, Melissa, Anna, Weston, and Van Alstyne. $25 standard delivery, automatically free on orders $250 and over. Addresses more than 25 miles from our Celina base add a $25 extended-area charge for the extra road time; every town listed above is inside that radius. Free delivery at $250 and over applies whatever the distance. Optional setup/teardown is $25.
5. Customer Responsibility
Renter is accountable for items from arrival to collection: weather protection, secure storage, and returning items clean and as configured.
6. Damage & Loss
Replacement cost applies for missing, damaged, or stolen items beyond normal wear. Prompt notice requested.
7. Cancellations
Refundable up to 7 days before the event; later cancellations forfeit the deposit.
8. Weather
Items are outdoor-suitable but must be shielded from the elements. Weather cancellations within the final week are non-refundable.
9. Liability
The company is not responsible for injury or property loss arising from use or misuse. Safe operation is the renter's responsibility.
10. Agreement
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
