Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Deposit. A 25% deposit is required to reserve your items for your event date. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on delivery or pickup.

2. Rental Period. Rental rates are based on a one-day rental period. Weekend rentals may be delivered Friday and returned or picked up Sunday for the single-day rate. Weekday rentals are typically delivered the day before and collected the day after. Extended rentals up to 3 days are available on request. Rental charges apply whether or not the equipment is used.

3. Payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Full payment must be completed by the time of delivery.

4. Delivery and Pickup. Delivery and pickup are available throughout our service area of Celina, Prosper, McKinney, Frisco, and Plano. Delivery is free on orders of $120 or more; a delivery fee applies to smaller orders. We provide a delivery window on the scheduled day and will do our best to accommodate specific timing requests. Optional setup and teardown is available for an additional fee.

5. Customer Responsibility. The customer is responsible for the rented items from delivery until pickup. Please keep items protected from weather and secured when not in use. Items should be returned free of food and debris and stacked as delivered.

6. Damage and Loss. The customer is responsible for the full replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or damaged items beyond normal wear. Please notify us promptly of any damage during your event.

7. Cancellations. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the event date. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, as items have been reserved and made unavailable to other customers.

8. Weather. We rent outdoor-suitable tables and chairs, but the customer is responsible for protecting items from severe weather. No refunds are provided for weather-related cancellations within 7 days of the event.

9. Liability. B&Z Party Rentals is not responsible for injury or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment. Equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose.
