Table Rentals in Collin County, TX

Every price is on this page. There is no minimum order and no quote form — add what you need, pick your dates, and the total is worked out before you pay anything.

Pricing is per day — a single 24-hour window. Delivery is a flat $50 to the towns we serve; addresses more than 25 miles from us add $25. Optional setup and teardown starts at $35 and is priced by the size of the order.

What if I need them for more than one day?

Prices are per day. A Saturday party is normally one day: we deliver Friday evening or Saturday morning and collect Sunday morning, and you are charged for the one day you are using them. Keeping the items across two events — a Friday rehearsal dinner and a Saturday reception, say — is two days, and the item prices double. Delivery is charged once however long you keep them.

Party packages — the price below is the price at your door

Packages bundle the chairs and tables most events need. The delivered column already includes delivery, so there is nothing to add.

Eight adults to a six-foot banquet table is how we build every package on this page, and it is the number most people land on: 8 chairs a table leaves room for plates, glasses and elbows. Squeeze ten around one and somebody is eating with their arms pinned.

• Sit-down meal: count your guests, divide by eight, round up. Twenty guests is three tables and twenty chairs — not twenty-four, because you only need a chair per person.
• Standing reception: tables for food and drink rather than seating, and chairs for roughly half the guests. People circulate; the chairs are for the ones who would rather not.
• Children’s party: the kids’ tables seat five little ones each, so three of them take fifteen children. Most people add a couple of adult tables for the parents.
• Linens: sized to the table they cover — the six-foot linens fit a 30×72 banquet table and the kids’ linens a 48×24. One per table.

We carry 70 adult chairs and 15 six-foot banquet tables. That is what we own; the date picker at the top of this page shows what is actually free on your dates, which is the number that matters when a weekend is busy.

We deliver across Collin County and the surrounding North Texas communities. Delivery is the same flat $50 to the towns below. Most addresses in them are within 25 miles; the few that are farther — parts of west and south Plano, and south Frisco — pay the $25 extended-area charge, which checkout shows before you pay.

Delivery on the first date you pick, collection on the last, and you are charged for the nights in between. We text to confirm a time window for each beforehand.

What does delivery cost?

A flat $50 to any address within 25 miles of us, which covers most of the towns we serve. Further out, in the areas we serve, it is $75 — that is parts of west and south Plano and south Frisco. There is no per-mile pricing beyond that, and the fee does not change with the size of your order.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order a single table if that is all you need. The flat delivery fee is the only thing that changes with order size.

When do I pay?

You pay for your rental when you book, and your items are held for you from the moment it clears. Nothing is collected on the day. Your card stays on file for the charges set out in our rental terms — items returned damaged or not returned at all, returns that need extra cleaning, and teardown or collection beyond the curb where Setup & Teardown was not booked.

When do you deliver and pick up?

Delivery on the first date you pick, collection on the last, with a time window confirmed for each. You are charged for the nights in between, so booking a Friday delivery for a Saturday party and a Sunday collection is two days’ hire — a Saturday delivery and a Sunday collection is one.

Do you set up the tables and chairs?

We can. Setup and teardown is optional and priced by the size of the order: $35 on orders up to $75, $50 up to $150, and $75 above that. Tick it at checkout and we lay everything out and stack it back up. Without it we deliver everything stacked and ready in one place.

What happens if it rains?

The tables and chairs are outdoor-suitable, but they do need to be shielded from the weather while they are with you. A weather cancellation inside the final week is treated like any other late cancellation: we keep 25% of the order and refund the rest. If the forecast looks uncertain it is worth talking to us early.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancel more than seven days before your event and you are refunded in full. Inside seven days we keep 25% of the order and refund the rest. To change dates or items, reply to your confirmation email or call us and we will adjust the order.

1. Pick your delivery and return dates at the top of this page. Availability updates for those exact dates — the counts you see are what is genuinely free, not a generic catalog.
2. Add the items you need. Quantities are capped at what is actually available for your dates.
3. At checkout, enter your name, email, phone and delivery address, and choose a morning, afternoon or evening delivery window.
4. Pay for your rental by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
5. You get a confirmation email straight away with an itemised receipt attached, and we text to confirm delivery timing before the day.
